Training Schedule: Week One

Wednesday 2/2 - 35 walking/running at easy pace

Thursday 2/3 - 25 minutes of Cross-Training, anything other than walking or running.

Friday 2/4 - Rest

Saturday 2/5 -Group Training: 7:00am at Williamson/Dunn in Daytona.  Long Slow Distance; 45 minutes. Stretching Clinic immediately afterward.  And, at 9:30am Usher Training at Daytona Int’l Speedway.
