Team Volusia - Purple Thunder

Group Training: Saturday, 8/21 @ 7am, sharp!
We will start with our Mission Moment.  Then Coach Brent teaches the “Principles of Training”.  Our workout is a 35 minute run/walk at an easy pace around the area.  Afterwards Coach Debbie will teach us “Basic Stretching”.
Remember to bring a water bottle, a towel, and a smile on your face!  The Mentors and Coaches will also be providing some healthy snacks.
- - - - -Directions From Deltona/Debary/DelandTake I-4 to toward I-95 south.  From I-95: Exit 256 (Port Orange). Head East. Make a left on City Center Parkway (at the Port Orange Police Department). The YMCA is located on your right. Directions From Daytona/Port Orange/NSBFollow Ridgewood (US-1) either north or south toward Port Orange. Go west on Dunlawton four lights until you see City Center Parkway.  Make a right on Center Parkway (at the Port Orange Police Department). The YMCA is located on your right.
