Wednesday — 35 Min XTrain

Thursday — Optional Bridge Workout—-ISB Bridge Daytona—630 PM

10 warm up / 40 min Up & Over/ 10 min Cool Down / 5 Stretch

Friday — REST — Hydrate, Eat a good meal, good night sleep—see ya in the AM

Saturday — Group Training 630 AM 150 LSD—Riverside Park NSB
