Sunday — Happy Easter, Rest & enjoy the beautiful day!

Monday — 35 min Cross Train

Tuesday — Optional Interval Training @ Reed Canal Pk 6:30 PM

10 min warm up/3 min fast/2 easy/5 sets/10 cool down/5 stretch

Wednesday — 35 min Cross Train

Thursday — Optional Bridge Training @ ISB Daytona Bridge 6:30 PM
55 min=10 min warm up/30 min up & over/ 10 min cool down/5 stretch!

Friday — REST & Hydrate for Training!

Saturday — Group Training  @ Gemini Springs 6:30 AM 160 Min LSD

~Bring Bug Spray~ the little blood suckers are out!!!
~Don’t forget about extra hydration!
~Now is the time you should really be working on your race plan

Sunday — REST ** Enjoy your families & your day off!!
