Training Schedule - Week 7

Mon ~ 30 min Xtrain

Tues ~ Optional Group Training @ Reed Canal Park, 6:30pm - 35 minutes, intervals

10 warm up/ 0.5 (30 Sec) fast/2 min easy/6 sets/10 min cool down/5 stretch

Wed ~ 30 Min XTrain

Thurs ~ Optional Bridge Training @ Dunlawton Bridge, 6:30 PM

10 warm up/25 min bridges/10 cool down/5 stretch

Fri ~ Rest day (SPRING BREAK!!)

Saturday ~ Buddy Training 130 minutes LSD.  Sandpiper 5k (Fundraiser).
