Thursday 2/10 - On your own or Optional Non-official Group TrainingĀ  40 Min @ Riverside Park-New Smyrna Beach w/ Mentor Debbie W. & Mentor Heidi

Friday 2/11 - REST

Saturday 2/12 - Official Group Training 65 MIN LSDĀ  7:00 AM Lake Beresford Park followed by Shoe Clinic At Spikes 9:30 AM
