Monday — 30 Min XT rain

Tuesday — Optional group Intervals at Reed Canal Park 630 PM

10 warm up / 1.5min fast/ 3min easy / 10 min cool down / 5 stretch

Wednesday — 30 Min XT rain

Thursday — Optional Bridge Run 630 PM at Riverside Park NSB

10 min to bridge / 20 min up and over / 10 min cool down / 5 stretch

Friday — REST

Saturday —- GROUP TRAINING 140 LSD ~ 630 AM Lighthouse Title 104 La Costa Ln Daytona  (where we had our first training) Williamson/Dunn

We must arrive early to prep the start-finish line, and water stations.  The shift should be over by 9pm at the latest.  We’ll be running as a TEAM along Beach Street in Ormond.  Meet at the Northwest side of the Granada Bridge, we’re starting at 9:30 sharp.

Course Support & Aid Stations

Take all of the necessary measures to rehydrate with water and citrus-flavored Cytomax Performance Drink at the start, finish and along the race routes. GU Energy gel available in Vanilla, Jet Blackberry and Roctane Blueberry Pomegranate  flavors will also be available on the course. Medical teams will be on-site to provide quality care and first-aid at the start, finish and several locations along the course. Clocks and timers are located at every mile. Cytomax Performance Drink
