Thursday — Optional Bridge Run 630 PM at Riverside Park NSB
10 min to bridge / 20 min up and over / 10 min cool down / 5 stretch

We must arrive early to prep the start-finish line, and water stations. The shift should be over by 9pm at the latest. We’ll be running as a TEAM along Beach Street in Ormond. Meet at the Northwest side of the Granada Bridge, we’re starting at 9:30 sharp.

Take all of the necessary measures to rehydrate with water and citrus-flavored Cytomax Performance Drink at the start, finish and along the race routes. GU Energy gel available in Vanilla, Jet Blackberry and Roctane Blueberry Pomegranate flavors will also be available on the course. Fri ~ Rest day (SPRING BREAK!!)
Saturday ~ Buddy Training 130 minutes LSD. Sandpiper 5k (Fundraiser).
